Lucky I found this shop.Great experience ! They rebuilt my Ford F150 transmission. Awesome employees all the way to the owner Gary Bernard. Good pricing, quick turnaround, excellent work and an excellent 2 year or 24 thousand mile warranty!
View on GoogleI wouldn’t take my transmission to them again if it was last place on earth!!They charged me $1858 for a transmission that needed to be recased,nothing more.Instead they took my newly rebuilt transmission and said it was core.Rosa and Gary both are not good people at heart.First Gary tells me he had a tranny he would swap for the rebuilt one,So when I had-when I call up there and ask Rosa what it was gonna cost to get my truck out of shop-she says $1850-when o go to pick it up Gary says no that was for tranny installed-and my truck still does not run-in fact it’s in worse shape than when I dropped it off-not to mention the $1858 and rebuilt transmission they stole!Iam telling you these people are nothing more than con artist!
View on GoogleThis establishment has the best customer service I have ever received at any location, and not just auto shops. They stand by their work and most importantly by their word. I hope I don't need to use them again but if I need any transmission work done in the future, this is the only place that I would go. I would recommend this shop to anyone having transmission issues.
View on GoogleI took my vehicle in for a drain and fill. I received a call stating that I needed to replace my transmission for $3600. I paid for the drain and fill and left. Fast forward 8 months and my vehicle started making noise and my thought was "well I guess it is finally going out". NO...took to another shop and was informed that the mount was gone and was the reason for the original complaint that I took here for. Mechanic also let me know that the drain and fill was never done because there were no tools marks showing that the transmission plate had been taken off. So not only did they lie about me needing a new transmission but they didn't perform the work I paid for. AND possibly knew it was only a mount. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
