I recently brought my Infiniti QX50 to Master Touch because the fuel gauge was not working properly and the check engine light was on. The issue caused concern because the vehicle eventually stopped running when the fuel level became very low. The team worked on the vehicle, performed the necessary repairs, and took the time to diagnose the problem. While the repair process required additional attention, they ultimately resolved the issue and got my car running properly again. I appreciate that they were willing to continue working with me to address my concerns and make sure the vehicle was repaired. Since the repairs were completed, my car has been running well, and I am grateful for their efforts. Most of all, I appreciate Randy. He was helpful throughout the process and made sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you to Randy and the staff at Master Touch for helping get my Infiniti back on the road.

Chris at the Master’s Touch got my truck in same day, and they provided a quick diagnosis. They gave me multiple options for repairs and completed the job extremely fast. It has been almost a year now and the repairs have held up great. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here.
View on GoogleYour car never breaks near a mechanic! I drive a 1999 Mazda with 84,000 miles. I pulled into my driveway and my transmission "went out". I called friends, posted on Facebook for a mechanic referral. Long story short, my car was towed to Master's Touch 8850 West Fwy #201. When my car arrived, Chris called and told me he'd call after he got to check out the car. He said it could take a day or two. The next day Chris called and gave me my detailed situation. Good news: it was a cable and not the whole transmission. Bad new: Mazda was bought by Ford and all parts for my car were discontinued. And now the miracle: Master's Touch found a cable that was supposed to work. Chris kept me up to date on the whole process. The next part is far beyond a mechanic's job. Chris had an Uber come pick me up and deliver me to the shop. Master's Touch were fine and helpful mechanics. They are excellent because Chris and all cared about my car and me. I would definitely recommend Master's Touch. They care!

View on GoogleI can’t say enough good things about The Master’s Touch. I have used them for everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission. They were referred to me about 12 years ago and I have been using them ever since. From a 2006 Nissan Quest that they kept running longer than it should have to resurrecting a 1988 Jeep Wrangler that sat for a few years, Randy (owner) and Matthew (mechanic extraordinaire) have been wonderful to me and my vehicles. Randy tells you up front that he only uses quality parts which might increase the cost a bit but his honesty and integrity and quality of their work are always worth it. I won’t go anywhere else. Also, Chris, the guy who answers the phone - love him too!!!! (The attached photo was from a new car that I bought - they didn’t need to service it but I still wanted their approval🤗)
