Bought a set of brand new wheels and tires off marketplace. Had them installed at a shop in Carrollton. Driving home, my pickup shock like a control arm had snapped. Pulled in here and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes (tires were filled with water).
View on GoogleOn June 12, I had something go through my sidewall and when I took it back for them to warranty it out, they said it'll be here the next day and that he'll call me when it arrives. When I called him the next day, he said it hasn't arrived to check the next day, so on and so forth till he said he'll call me when he gets it. Today, June 27th, I decided to drive over there and he said my tire was there and they replaced it. I drove off and when I got home, I noticed that the tire they replaced didn't match any of my other tires. When I called them, he said it's the same brand so what's the difference. I told him the tread is completely different from the other 3 tires, then he said that that was all their vendors had to offer and that they couldn't get me the same tire. I'm sorry, but this location is shady and I won't be doing business with thwm ever again. I'd rather go back to discount tire.
View on GoogleService was great, didn't have the tires I needed in stock over all staff was help full and I was able to get the tires switched out. Will need to go back and get other ones done, I think pricing was a little to high considering that I had done my homework prior to buying them, I didn't have much of a choice since my tire literally busted on me either that or tear my rims... I will be back thanks for the great job.
View on GoogleBought a set of brand new tires from here and they will fix a flat for the lifetime of the tire but not if the tire gets a bubble in the side wall. Will never do business with this company ever again. We paid way too much for these cheap no name brand tires. I would've been better off going to Walmart and getting brand name ties for a lot cheaper. Save your money and time and go some where else to get tires.
