Quick Service and Friendly Staff This place offers a very smooth and pleasant service experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the oil change was completed quickly—about 20–30 minutes from start to finish. The waiting area and restroom were clean and well-maintained, making the short wait comfortable. They also offer complimentary water, coffee, and WiFi, which is a nice touch while you wait. Overall, an efficient and customer-friendly service center.

Today I had an oil change, and I want to give a shout out to 3 awesome people…Xavier, Kayla, and Caleb. They were super friendly, gave great service and did it super fast. I will always come back to Sun Auto and hope I get them again!!! I have a 2023 Cadillac so I am really picky. They did not disappoint!!♥️

This particular Sun Auto location on Basswood is the best! Top notch employees and management. I went there for a state inspection and I was treated like gold. I didn't even have to get out of the car. Their waiting room is very nice. The technicians and staff here are very knowledgeable.

I went to get an oil change, and before going, I called them to ask if they could do it. They explained how to get there and where to park. When I arrived, I was quickly attended to by three staff members (one woman and two gentlemen) who guided me through the entire process. They were extremely kind, very professional, and answered all my questions. The communication was excellent, and the service was exceptional. They guided me to a lobby or waiting area during the time it took for the oil change. There, they had coffee, tea, and water it's a very pleasant space. I highly recommend it, and I congratulate these three staff members for the outstanding work they are doing. Keep it up I’ll see you in 5,000 miles

They have great service, super clean environment and a playground inside. I can bring my kids and be in peace no matter how long it takes, which it normally doesn't take long at all. We have been here for oil changes and inspections.
