Came to Sun Auto for an oil change to find that its now express and you don't even have to get out of the car!! Mr. Rodrick and the technician Darien provided amazing customer service. They were efficient and courteous. By the way, they still have the coffee bar in the lobby for those that don't want to wait in their cars!! I will continue to recommend this facility to all my family and friends for their outstanding service!!
View on GoogleTook my car into an appointment time slot. Just wanted an oil change and check for possible tire repair or replacement. It took them nearly 3 HOURS to get to my car! There were no updates and communication the whole time - I was even waiting in the lobby for a while. The only word I got was that they got busy and didn’t get to it when I came back 2 hours later. They DID NOT provide the free inspection that is supposed to come with every service. 3 hours later, we get a call saying they can’t patch the tire (which I was expecting), but at that point we decided to take our business elsewhere. $40 for labor fee on an oil change is crazy work. My previous mechanic charged $7. We had liked Sun Auto since we moved here last year, but this experience has pushed me into looking elsewhere. - Not to mention, last time we came they spilt oil in the engine block and had to spray it out. The car smoked from the engine blocks for days burning it off/evaporating. Edit: My car was sounding loud over the weekend. I took a look under the hood and they didn’t reseal the air filter box 👍
View on GoogleSuper amazing experience here. Naturally they are extremely busy per the location, but with patience they will always take care of you. Briar especially was an amazing help, huge personality, friendly, and made my experience the best even when we had to work around hours. Solid shop but BRIAR is the key to having happy customers!

From check in, to communication, detailed and I mean detailed explanations given to you and even photos to show you what they’re doing and of what the issue is and why it’s important, all the way up to checking out: TOP QUALITY. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for making me feel valued. Michael was the one that helped me, and I remember the other gentleman with him being very nice and friendly too.
View on GoogleExpress lane ain’t express. They got kids running it. Oil change and tire rotation took an hour and a half when I was told it would take 30 minutes. I am a long time customer here and under this new management seems things have changed. I miss Brian and the previous experienced crew
