Where do I even begin? I guess what got me there in the first place…that was the price. If you google Stricklands Coupons, 9x out of 10, you will find one. My last coupon was 50% off an oil change. Who does that? Stricklands lol, that’s who. Once you get there, they offer you water, keep you posted on how long you will have to wait…if there is a wait. Once they pull you in to a bay, you stay in the comfort of your car, the employees are amazing. They certainly have people skills. I’ve yet to meet an employee at Stricklands that wasn’t super kind, witty and professional. I value these guys. I appreciate the work they do and the fact that they do it effectively and efficiently. Keep up the amazing work “Team Basswood!!”

Strickland got me in and out fast. I didn't even have to get out of my car. They didn't over charge and only showed me things that needed attention right now and things that can wait. Being a first responder and always on the go, they made sure I stayed safe in my vehicle while I help others. They gave a Discount for being proud supporters of first responders and they also support military! I liked that I was part of the experience of keeping my vehicle properly maintained and not just sitting on the sides like at other places. Thank you for helping me SB! I will definitely be back and at the recommended time interval instead of pushing back so long haha!

We used to love coming here but today we were told we had to get out of our car and wait in the heat because a previous customer stole a piece of equipment. They have an indoor waiting area but we were told we couldn’t wait in there because “there’s food in there”. Whatever that means. Very disappointing that a great place now makes customers wait outside in. 100 degree heat.
