I was able to get right in and to my surprise I got a very reasonable price for mid level service of 60$. I was prepared for twice that price. They found I had really bad dirty air filters so I had them replaced. With the unexpected low price I was able to get out of there with the money I had budgeted to begin with. Overall, super happy with the results and the communication with them. My air conditioning is improved greatly due to the new filters. I will be a regular customer for the future.

I brought my 2011 Audi A8 to SpeeDee Oil change & auto service because the air conditioning was not working. I paid $374.41 for services, including nearly $200 for an A/C service. After the work was completed, the air conditioner still did not work. I contacted the shop and the manager Timothy told me to bring the vehicle back so they could finish the process. When I returned they pulled the car in the bay and then brought it right back out, telling me there was nothing they could do for me. I paid for an A/C service and left with the exact same problem. To make matters worse, they refused to refund any of my money or offer a reasonable solution. I understand repairs can be complicated, but I expected honest communication, proper diagnostics, and accountability for the work performed. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this location.

Tim and the crew at this SpeeDee are awesome! I had an issue with another shop flushing my radiator with the wrong fluid. Tim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to get the fluid exchanged and check out the rest of my vehicle in less than an hour! I AM SO THANKFUL! These guys are now my go to shop. I highly recommend them.
