Customer service piece is great, and the video from the technician is nice. However, I don’t believe they drained all of my oil properly. Theirs is still dark colored oil on the dipstick and they only used 7 quarts of oil in my GX, which takes 8,. I think they are either not allowing old oil time to drain or not removing old filter as well when draining. *Update, service manager called, but didn't admit to anything, no empathy, no validation of my concerns so . . . off to a different service dept.

5 STARS WAS CHECKED but when it post it shows 3 1/2?? 5 Star Jake was great with explaining things without me having to ask him. He followed up when he was suppose to and even after his day off to see if the rest of the team did and if everything got taken care of! Feels like old times when people did their jobs and made you feel good for coming to them. Keep it up Sewell of Ft Worth!

Had an appointment for service. Arrived and they said the wait to have a loaner car would be an hour or so. What is the purpose of an appointment if you still have to wait for over an hour just to get a loaner car. This has happened several times this last year when I take my car in for service. I will definitely rethink where I want to buy my next car when I purchase one this next year.

I called service to ask if I could bring my old Toyota in for service; they said yes, and you can get a loaner vehicle if you show proof of comprehensive & collision insurance. I added coverage to my policy, showed up, and they told me they don't work on Toyotas, and even if I got something simple done, they don't give loaners for Toyotas. So, the phone call, the trip, and adding and removing from my policy was a huge waste of time. The worst tier of businesses are those that don't offer what they say they do.
