Erick and Dean were amazing! Dean was newer but very friendly and honest. Erick went to great extents to explain differences thoroughly and wheeled tires around side by side to physically show differences in some of the tires. You are the man! Highly recommend these guys.

View on GoogleSam's club Bryant Irvin is a step above, especially Justin. I bought tires from Sam's Club of Westworth Village and from the beginning had issues with vibration, etc. The issues lasted for almost 2 years. I kept getting the tires balanced and rotated at the Westworth Sam's and unfortunately never saw an improvement with the vibration. Luckily, this last weekend I discovered the Westworth Sam's tire shop was closed so I visited Justin and the Bryant Irvin store. He knew I was frustrated with my past experience but assured me he would make it right. That he did. 30 minutes later he had my tires balanced and rotated. I got on the interstate and no vibration whatsoever. I arrived home and shortly after Justin called to ask for an update. I gladly shared the news. Thankful for Justin and the rest of the team at Bryant Irvin Sam's Club. The rest of Sam's club tire stores could learn a great deal from Justin and the team at the Bryant Irvin Sam's Club tire store.
View on GoogleThe first employee I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. When I went back to have tires installed the employees working acted like they didn't want to be their and very unfriendly. I witnessed this bad attitude with several customers while waiting to have my tires installed.
