Kevin aligned my lowered Nissan 350Z with fully adjustable aftermarket suspension, and the results were excellent. He set camber to my requested specs at all four corners, and the car drives perfectly—stable, predictable, and confidence-inspiring. The alignment took about four hours due to the setup, and while it wasn’t cheap, it was absolutely fair for the time and precision involved. The car feels dialed in for drifting and handles amazing on both the street and the track. Highly recommend.

They were unprofessional and took my money without fixing the issue. I paid for a wheel alignment, but my car still pulled to the right. They first denied the problem, then later claimed the alignment couldn’t be done due to a defect. Although they agreed to refund me, they never did, and later refused and hung up on me. Also, don’t be misled by the high ratings. They offer a free phone charger for leaving a review in-store. From the reviews, I see they have done the exact same to another customer. PS: their reply here is also dishonest, to be frank. I expected this from my experience with them and from the other bad reviews. Details: I went there for a wheel alignment because my car was pulling to the right. A staff member (I believe his name was Marwan) told me the alignment was completed, and the service was done very quickly. I paid for it, but as soon as I drove away, I noticed the problem was still there—the car was still pulling to the right. I returned immediately and asked them to check it. Marwan denied that there was any issue, even though the problem was obvious. They then asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, they changed their explanation and said the alignment couldn’t be done because the car had a defect. I pointed out that if the service couldn’t be performed, I should not have been charged in the first place. They agreed to issue a refund. However, after waiting a full month, I still hadn’t received my money. When I called to follow up, they refused to return the money and hung up on me.
