My wife took her 2016 Rav4 here for an oil change and emissions inspection. After arriving home later that day, we noticed an oil spot on the garage floor. After crawling under the vehicle, noticed a drip around the oil filter housing (has internal filter element). A few days later she took it back up there. They "fixed" the problem... well the next day noticed another spot on the garage floor, right under the oil filter housing. A drip still there... I ended up finding another aluminum oil filter housing on Amazon and installing myself. When I removed the old one, I had to use a breaker bar to get it loose... 25 inch pounds is the torque for these oil filter housings. The seal is about the o-ring, not the tightness... The standpipe that keeps the filter from collapsing was also missing from the old filter housing. Installed the new housing and solved the problem and now no leak. So here we are a couple weeks later and I'm trying to renew my registration online with the DMV. It is stating the emissions paperwork is not in their database. Never had this happen as well from any other inspection facility... Do not let these yoyos work on your vehicle. On a positive note this place has convinced me to restart doing oil changes myself. Apparently you cant trust anyone's work.

I got my tires changed along with balance and alignment. It was hard finding a shop that everything all in one place, but they do everything here and they even let me bring my own tires! Will be going back for future service here, did a test drive on the new tires and alignment and the drive was very smooth.

View on GoogleHave taken my vehicle here before without any complaints. About 20 min ago I was just driving by in the parking lot and saw a mechanic testing a mid size maroon suv. I stopped because he went around the building and was, understandably, going a little fast. I was trying to avoid a close call and also be polite. He threw his hands up at me. I throw mine up back bc Im not sure what I did wrong. I put my truck in park and wait, hoping he comes and talks to me. He cowers back to his garage. I could have walked in there and got him in trouble but I am not trying to make someone potentially lose their job. He might have kids to feed and Im a decent human being. Definately lost my business though and, although I wont tell someone not to go here, I will warn others about their aggressive and honestly childish behavior.
View on GoogleCame in for a simple inspection. Site manager kept asking me if I wanted an oil change. Told him I had my vehicle covered in a maintenance plan through the dealer. When I woke up this morning, had a puddle of oil in my driveway. Got up underneath my truck and found that the oil filter was very loose. I will never return to a roadrunner ever again.
