Being a Brownfield,TX resident and being broke down in FortWorth is not a way to start a wedding week. Thank God for Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza. View on GoogleWe have a 2013 Lexus ES 350 but it is still loved by us. Recently Rick and Ray gave us a comprehensive list of things we should fix and much detail. Its a long process but we got the most important tasks out of the way very pleasantly. From getting me a ride back home to being transparent about pricing and service, the shop is first rate and one of the best "car" experiences we have had.
View on GoogleMade arrangements for them to replace a simple hydraulic line, and inquired on a couple other things. They guaranteed they could fix the line. After a 400.00 tow, they refused to fix the line, stating they couldn't guarantee it, too many other problems with the car. We were driving the car with no issues before the line broke. They said too many hands had worked on car. It's a 20 yr old Mercedes SL500. This is the worst service I have ever seen. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It's a waste of time and money

We greatly appreciate Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza and we highly recommend them for any make and model, especially the Toyota Sequoia, as well as the Chrysler Crossfire.
