I always get nervous about auto repairs so my husband usually takes care of them. Of course, my husband had to work and my daughter’s car needed fixing. Her check engine light kept coming on even after repairs were made and it was preventing her from passing inspection. As soon I went into the office, was greeted and spoke to the gentleman at the desk I knew the car was in good hands. They ran the codes and fixed everything that was needed in a timely and efficient way. My daughter even had an issue after the repairs that wasn’t related to the original codes and we returned and they resolved that as well. If you want to work with an auto repair shop that is kind, fair, honest, and has reasonable prices, you should visit this Precision Tune Auto Care location. Steven did an excellent job with the oil/lube, coolant, and many more other things that needed to be done to VA B my car. He goes above and beyond to provide, excellent, professional, friendly and caring service. He gives me the information I need and answers my questions. I highly recommend him and the great staff he works with. The price is always reasonable.
View on GoogleThis was my first trip to Precision Tune Auto Care. It was an awesome experience! Most auto service places I've gone to, I have to prove that I'm not ignorant because I'm a woman. But when I walked in, John was very kind and approchable. He listened attentively and suggested a diagnostic to find out for sure what he suspected was wrong. He told me up front what the cost would be for the diagnostic. And that's what I paid! Once they finished the diagnostic, they brought the part in so he could explain to me what the problem was. I'm a visual learner so that was a great way to explain my problem to me! Because I need a new engine, I will not be able to get the work done here because they no longer do that. 😭😭😭😭😭 But I will be using them in the future for other car maintenance 😊😊😊
View on GoogleMy sister was having some troubles with her car. Her engine light was on. These guys were able to fix multiple parts of the car and get her car running back to normal. We even drove it off of the lot and had the engine light come back on (not anything related to the issues we had previously) and they fixed that problem too! Highly recommending them to anyone/everyone experiencing car problems. The gentlemen there are kind and professional too which I appreciated.
