Service rep called about review and offer to come pick up my car, put the trunk back together and detail the car. They take care of their customers. Have always had great service here in the past.

When I returned from a trip, we took the vehicle out and realized the inserts to the cup holder were not reinstalled after the detail. The detailing was well done and the issues completely resolved that warranted the detailing. I messaged my contact on a Sunday, realizing the dealership was closed, I patiently waited for a response to the missing inserts. Tuesday morning I messaged again inquiring whether I should just reach out to the main dealership number and have still not gotten a response, 3 days later. It is a small inconvenience but when the dealership prides itself on superior service, the small details matter.
