The people were nice and the price was okay. But wow was this slow. Was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. Instead it took almost 2 and a half hours... To replace two tires. What's most frustrating is that my truck was literally the only one there for the last hour or so. I asked for a discount and the manager gave me $8 off... I guess I'll take what I can get. But ultimately I'm just kinda shocked... How can National TIRE and Battery take two and a half hours to change two tires???

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service! I recently bought 4 new tires and had them installed at NTB Tire & Service Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The front desk representative, John, was super nice and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and easy. They told me my car would be ready in about an hour — and it was done right on time, just as promised! Great service, friendly staff, and efficient work. Highly recommend!
