I have really appreciated working with Michael. He's been very attentive, quick, and communicative. I appreciate that he has recognized me/my vehicle and remembered my situation despite several weeks having gone by. I definitely feel that he is living up the to goal of striving to make the Kia experience feel like a community that knows their customers. The kia facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The restrooms are clean. And the waiting area is sufficient (could be a bit more comfortable or private for those of us that need to work while waiting but still adequate). Definitely recommend this Kia.

Our 2016 Optima with known engine issues finally suffered failure. They did a great job handling replacement of our engine at no cost to us while providing us with a nice loaner car. While there I had them do a brake service front and rear for a reasonable price. Customer service was great over all. We've been to this dealership a couple of times over the years, always great Customer service.

This was my first visit for my first service appointment on my 2026 Sportage. Upon my arrival I was greeted right away by a young lady very friendly. Wait time was reasonable for my oil change and inspection of my vehicle. They fill all fluids that need it and give a complementary car wash, which was very nice. When my car was ready I was greeted by Cristian and he walked over to me to make sure if there was anything I needed before I left. I left this was great customer service and would recommend them to family and friends.

3% extra charge if using credit. They let me know before hand so I swapped over to debit. Free Uber ride offered after dropping off car. Clinton checked me in and was great. Kept me up to date as I was waiting at the service center. Clean, free water, a charging station, and someone even offered me hot chocolate so that was pretty great. My 2022 EV6 I bought used from another location didn't have any software updates done. I was able to update the infotainment myself but the BMS firmware upgrade needed to be done at a service center. This helps my vehicle charge faster in the cold as it preconditions the battery. It took a little bit of struggle to get this done as it is not something listed as a recall. With a bit of back and forth (and me showing the technical service bulletin) they eventually added it as 'customer request BMS upgrade" and didn't charge me any extra for it! I can confirm it was installed as well. So ya pretty good experience.
