Great shop! Major service on my Fiesta ST - timing belt, water pump & thermostat, done quickly and done right. Jesse and team kept me apprised of progress and the price was half of the dealer. I’ll be back. 5 stars.
View on GoogleLonestar automotive always do a great job and make you feel like a valued customer, the always take the extra time to try and diagnose issues you can't identify yourself. They also explain in simple terms what they did and their best advice. I also really like the website/app they use so you can see exactly what they found. It's tough these days to find an honest reliable mechanic you can trust, but I think I found one with lonestar automotive. Will be returning for sure.
View on GoogleThey were extremely busy due to picking up business from a nearby shop that has closed, but they still worked our diagnostic in and got us a quote quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate for when they could complete the repair. We needed to get the seal on the timing box on the engine repaired to fix a small oil leak. Their quote was fair and the work appears to have been done well. They are easy to work with, communicate well, and I would highly recommend them.
View on GoogleGreat company to use! Had an issue with my AC that 2 other places said I just needed a recharge. Those obviously did not work! Brought my SUV in and they were able to recharge the AC and also find the issue with a control module that needed to be replaced! Customer service was great with them explaining the issue and I am definitely going to use them again.

However, After talking with Jesse, one of the general managers, we thought it might be a better idea to take it to a body shop due to the extent of the damages. Jesse himself drove my car to the body shop and ended up, only performing a portion of the work (alignment) originally quoted to me as to not double dip on labor hours. It was very meaningful to me that he helped me make the best choice for my car and situation instead of simply taking the work. I 100% trust this company and will certainly work with them again in the future.
