I can’t say enough good things about Lexutech. After another shop told me I needed major engine work, I brought my Lexus here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Kevin went above and beyond. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of jumping to worst-case conclusions. They replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the mass air flow sensor, and the car is now running perfectly. Kevin explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and treated me with honesty and respect. This experience saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. If you own a Toyota or Lexus and want knowledgeable, trustworthy service, Lexutech is the place to go. I Highly recommend. 🙏🙌

Fantastic service and very very honest people. I get my 2006 Lexus IS 350 serviced there. Just had them do a drain and fill on my transmission for preventative maintenance and brought my own fluid, they charged a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough good things, and thanks Kevin for all of your time and advice over the phone!! 197K and running like new!! Highly recommend!!!

Visit #1: Went in for a brake/rotor resurface job. At home, I realised the rotors looked very rough and improperly resurfaced(Pictured) and it didn't look like they greased the slide pins(pictured). After calling, there was some reluctance from the service advisor Kevin to see my car the same day after I simply insisted to just see how bad the rotors look and we can schedule a service another day, and he made a comment before hanging up !!G*D D*MN!!" Visit #2: I confronted Kevin about his comment considering I was very polite throughout. From that point on he was apologetic and made a genuine effort to make things right. It was in fact determined that the rotors were not resurfaced properly, and the slide pins were not greased among other things. At home after a new brake job, I noticed the slide pins were greased, but with cooper antiseize rather than normal brake grease. While it's not too uncommon to be used, many shops use brake grease, not antiseize, and ultimately I do favor how it's done traditionally and from the factory. Visit#3: After a duscussion on proper grease on brakes, Kevin was more than willing to redo the brake job for a 3rd time but I declined as I felt at that point a total loss of confidence in the shop. I will have to go to Toyota and buy all new parts and will have to install myself when I have time. It is very frustrating to have lost the time, multiple visits, my truly hard earned money only to have to end up spending more time and MORE money for a simple brake job. I dont like to write bad reviews but I wouldn't want anyone to go through this and I strongly question their work and feel many people just don't know about cars to know if their car was worked on properly. If a brake job needed 3 attempts, imagine something more complex? Unfortunately, I strongly advise considering alternative options for service to your vehicle.

Brought my recently purchased 2003 SC430 for power steering system repair and timing belt change. Between calling to say my vehicle was ready and picking it up they realized that the power steering pump was faulty. They removed and replaced it. Since then I have enjoyed driving confidently getting everything out of a 21 year old vehicle. Replaced the cigarette lighter fuse and battery for the key fob at NC. They will handle all maintenance going forward. I have to thank my son for the referral.

Got my transmission wires repaired. Kevin was amazing. Communicative. Collaborative. They earned my business. Will be going back!
