If ever in need of collision repair, I would highly recommend Carlos and his team. The communication and explanation of damage done was phenomenal. They were able to make my car look brand new 😊.

This shop did a great job from start to finish. The staff were helpful, friendly and very caring about the repairs I needed done to my vehicle. I gave them a punch list of things I wanted looked at and repaired and they followed through and checked and fixed everything on that list. I highly recommend Keller Haslet Collison Center. I went to this dealership last August just to get a paint touch-up quote. The quote was way too high, and I never had any repairs done. Now I see an “accident” on my Carfax for my car, even though nothing was ever fixed. I’m very frustrated that a simple inquiry has caused this mess. Be careful if you just want a quote—this experience has been very disappointing.

Very Bad Experience! Kept my car for over 2 months for repair, helped get $12k from insurance, and very poor results, and even more (new) scratches than I started with. Yes, got the dents out, but the rest was horrible! The property is super dusty. Definitely not ideal for car repair and paint. Really disappointed. Owner couldn't even find one of my mudflaps, as I found it in the trunk. Very disorganized. I had my reservations about this place as it looks sketchy, but the reviews won me over. Always trust your gut. Proceed with caution. Response: 1. I called your shop back every time. Very open and communicative. As soon as I was done with chatting with my agent, followed up with your shop to let them know the outcome. 2. I take pride in my cars and in life. Yes, it was a 2022 Black Toyota Camry, low miles on it, in your possession in the summer of 2024. Thus, a 2 yr old car at the time, not 3 yrs old that's stated in your response. My car was mint. Not a scatch on her until the hail storm. 3. Pride yourselves? What's the blue substance on my rim (photo), torn up ppf on the driverside door (photo), and couldn't find one of my mudflaps (photo) that I found later in my trunk. Ever hear of completeness? Especially having my car for basically the whole summer. Again, went to bat for you guys to get an additional supplement $$$$$, which we got because I wanted it to be perfect (which it was), and it looks like you pocketed the money and stiffed me. Also, clean site? Your funny. Ran it through White Water Car Wash to get the dust off and blue residue off my rims. Your lobby looks dirty and run down as you have dogs in the back, unprofessional. Maybe I should start a Collision Auto Body Repair Shop right next to you, show you how it's done! God Bless Me. I know. Thanks.

Carlos and his team definitely deserve way more than 5 stars!!! From the beginning to the end they helped me all the time from keeping me updated on my truck and with dealing with the insurance since it was my very first accident. It took a while to get my truck back but I did not mind at all, they deserve all the patience and respect!.. I knew I was in good hands since the first time I spoke to Carlos! My truck exceeded my expectations when they were done with the repair! I’m glad I didn’t go to a “big” shop and chose to go to this amazing family owned business!
