I recently bought a Groupon for a wheel alignment not ever having been here before but was a good price so figured I'd give it a shot... I was pleasantly surprised by not only the very helpful and inviting staff but also their level of knowledge and expertise!! Everyone their is upbeat n seem genuinely happy with where they work which transfers into their work and customer service!! So glad I chose to give em a shot and recommend everyone do the same!!

This place was great! They were super busy but took my business regardless, so nice. They gave me a great price, comparably to other places. And I even overheard the managers conversation with other customers and they seem to be pretty honest about diagnosis and mistakes. Something a lot of people won’t do. As of right now I’d go back for sure!

What can i say about Family Auto Repair? They're great! Jordan at the front desk and his staff along with the technicians are great people. They do top notch work at a very reasonable price. This is my GO-TO repair shop for anything from an oil change to extensive repair work. I recently had a water pump and an ac compressor repaired on a 2016 Explorer. Immediately after having those repairs we went on a one-way 4hr trip and the vehicle seems to be running like new! I'm slightly frugal in this economy so i do my shopping around before i just spend any money. So far Family Auto Repair seems to always be the most reasonable in quotes. The shop is very neat and organized with a waiting area containing a TV. During the season changes they make sure the customer are comfortable with either a heater or the AC during the TX summers. They often have music playing in the shop area, which to me means happy workers who enjoy their job, and so far it seems to be that way. They don't seem to waste any time and like to get their jobs done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Family Auto Repair!
