My truck was brought in for what I thought was an issue with the tie rods or alignment. I was expecting to have to spend a ton of money and wait a while to be able to drive my truck again. I showed up without notice and these guys immediately stopped what they were working on and helped me diagnose the issue with my truck. With turned out to be a badly warped tire causing my truck/steering wheel to wobble. They also pointed out my brake pads were getting close to worn out. Everything they mentioned was shown to me directly so I could form my own opinion, unlike most shops that will just try to sell you stuff you don’t actually need. We decided I needed a new tire, tires rotated, new brake pads, one rotor needed to be shaved smooth, and an oil change. They had all this work done in 2 hours flat. All for a very fair price. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop and I will never take my truck anywhere else from now on.

I've never met a more dependable, honest, and hardworking mechanic than Emmanuel at EMG. Most mechanics are just looking to make a quick buck and sadly don't care. Emmanuel is very professional in how he serves his customers and really explains properly why your vehicle is having a problem. I can't emphasize this enough: Emmanuel goes the extra mile to deliver great customer service, offers very fair pricing, and genuinely finds joy in his work. Absolutely 10/10. I would recommend him. In my entire life, I've never met a more dependable, honest, and hardworking mechanic than Emmanuel. Unlike Emmanuel, most mechanics are just looking to make a quick buck and, sadly, don't care.
