I really wanted to like this location and have given them multiple chances because the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, every visit has involved something being missed or not completed correctly. On my first visit, I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, the tires had clearly not been rotated. They insisted they had, but I have a damaged rim that was still in the exact same position, making it obvious the rotation was never done. On my second visit, I asked them to check a tire that was slowly losing air while they were doing another oil change. They told me they checked it and found nothing. I drove straight to Texas Tire afterward, where they immediately found a nail in the tire. It appeared the tire had never actually been inspected. Today's visit was the final straw. I spent nearly $700 on a new set of tires before leaving on a road trip tomorrow. I also paid about $50 for new wiper blades. When I picked up my vehicle, I realized the wiper blades had never been replaced, so I had to pull back into the service bay and wait while they installed them. Once again, something I paid for had simply been forgotten. When I finally left, one of the TPMS sensors wasn't reading. I was told to "just drive a couple of miles," but I believe the shop should verify everything is working properly before returning the vehicle to the customer. After driving, the TPMS locations are now incorrect—the front passenger sensor is showing as the rear passenger tire and vice versa. One of the sensors doesn't respond at all, no matter how much air is added or removed. On top of that, my tires were returned with wildly different air pressures (40, 41, 43, and 34 PSI), and two of the valve stem caps were missing. The employees I've interacted with have always been courteous, but the lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable. Every single visit has resulted in missed work or mistakes that should have been caught before my vehicle was returned. At this point, it seems the only service they consistently get right is the oil change. Customers shouldn't have to inspect every item on the work order to make sure it was actually completed. After giving this location multiple opportunities, I can no longer recommend it.

Highly recommend! I stopped by for an oil change but realized I didn't have my coupon for their current special. The manager was fantastic and honored the deal anyway—a level of customer care you don't see very often. I'll absolutely be sending my family and friends here!

I had the best experience today with honesty, integrity and exceptional value for what I had done. By far the best experience I had with an auto mechanic shop. I have found my forever spot. Scott the GM was absolutely the best. He guided me in what would keep me safe. I admired the feedback every step of the way. Best prices around. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to go to!, super honest about what what you need and don’t need. Went to get my brakes inspected and turned out they were fine but my shocks were wearing down as well as my tires. They sent pictures of each with their recommendations. Been here a few times before and it’s always been great service. Would for sure recommended 👍🏽

I had a great experience with Drivers Edge after a pricing mix-up on motor mount repairs for my daughter’s car. My daughter had gotten a quote from another shop, and there was some confusion comparing it to what Drivers Edge quoted — turned out their estimate used OEM parts versus the other shop’s aftermarket parts, accounting for most of the price difference. Once the work had already begun, I brought the discrepancy to their attention. Rather than brushing me off, they took the time to review things and came back with a revised price that went well above and beyond what I expected them to offer. The car was ready right on schedule. A huge thank you to Mr. Eddie, Mr. Roger, and Mr. Dustin — all three were professional, kind, and clearly committed to treating customers fairly. That kind of honesty and willingness to work with a customer is rare these days. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on for every service, maintenance, and repair I need. Highly recommend!
