DO NOT BUY BATTERIES HERE! I purchased a car batter about 6 months ago. I've taken it to 2 different mechanics who did 3 different test (second mechanic tested it on 2 different diagnostic tools) and all three tests said the same, the battery was not able to handle a load properly. They both told me when the temperature drops as it does in winter, this battery will have a very tough time starting my car. Took it back to costco where they used their tester and said the battery was good but didn't show me what the tester actually displayed. And because their tester said it was good, they wouldn't replace it. "New policy that kicked in about 6 months ago". I asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn't even come out just told the guy at the desk to tell me the same thing. He said the batter will be fine. I replied it won't be once it gets cold and I'm stranded because the battery is weak. And his response was "True" and that was that. First picture below shows the battery in good state, second picture shows how weak the battery gets when you load it (simulating starting a car).

Just go to discount tire. The savings aren’t worth it. They will refuse warranty claim for any reason they can manufacture. 80,000 mile warranty from Costco and manufacturer and tires had 35,000 miles on them and were already worn out. Refused to even consider a warranty claim and directed me to contact the manufacturer. Bridgestones warranty says the claim has to be done through a dealer. So going to discount to see if they will help process the claim. Update: Took to discount tire they assisted with the warranty claim and had new tires on in under 40 min. Wish tire center customer service was as good as the rest of costcos customer service.
View on GoogleThis is the worst place to get your tires changed. Chadwick is miserable with life and it shows. Also, they broke my keychain and failed to let me know. Save yourself the trip. The Arlington location is much better.
View on GoogleI had my tires, which were purchased there, rotated and ended up with a broken tire pressure sensor. They wanted to charge me to replace it, when it broke after the service there. I will be going elsewhere for my tire care and service. I am highly disappointed with the level of service here.
