Went in for an oil change, dropped the car there for the day and they called later in the afternoon to pick it up, got it, drove it home and probably less than an hour later they called and said they noticed an oil spot where a car was parked and they looked at their camera and saw it was mine and told me not to drive the car, something might have gone wrong and they’ll have it towed back to the shop and i said, no, i have to watch my grandbaby tomorrow in S.Ft Worth, then they asked how far away i lived and said a mile, they said bring it in right now and we’ll check it out to see what happened, so i dropped everything, it was 4:35 at this time, the shop closed at 5. I grabbed my 6 yr old grandson with me who i was watching at the time. We sat outside waiting, while we were waiting, i realized i left potatoes cooking on the stove, i had just done that and pretty sure i out them on medium and went back to my office to work when they called me. It took 15-20 min and told me the “0” ring was put on wrong or there was a gap or pinch in the filter that oil was leaking through….there was still a big puddle in the parking lot where the car was parked until i picked it up, when i drove home there was a big puddle in our garage for the car sitting 30-40 min. The guy at the shop really didn’t apologize just said that “sometimes that happens” and i drove home. Thinking about it later, that would have been bad if i drove to babysit that next day and i leave at 5:30 am, i would know there was an issue until i got on the road unless the alarms would go off before i left and then my kids would have to call in for work since i couldn’t make it or take out truck and leave my husband to deal with it on his day off of work. So i don’t know. We’ve had work done there before and was alright but not this time. My husband did go back the next day to talk to the manager and he apologized and did refund us the money back but if they didn’t catch it and not call me back, it would not have been pretty.

I've been using Circle S for almost 10 years but I no longer will. The Brian guy who runs the front desk is typically unfriendly and often slightly rude. His attitude continues to get worse. I've had a specific vehicle for 20 plus years and I took it in to have a unique sound checked out. They couldn't figure it out and Brian said "you have large tires on the vehicle so it's probably the tires." I've ran the same tires for the whole 20 years so that is a lazy unhelpful answer. The sound was coming from the firewall engine bay. I took my wife's Honda in to have the brakes replaced and to check for a smell. They ended up replacing the valve cover gasket but the smell persisted and Brian said he doesn't smell anything. When I brought my older vehicle back for another check Brian let me stand and wait for 10 minutes then told me they have no time today. Thanks man! Now, I'm using a new repair shop and they said the brake fluid should have been changed when Circle S replaced the brakes and that whoever changed the valve cover gasket left oil all over the engine. Fred, man if you're reading this, I suggest you do the hard work of having a conversation with Brian. He's going to continue to hurt your business. Also, consider stepping up your quality of service. As the area grows, higher quality better service shops will open and put you out if you continue to provide these types of poor service experiences. I mean the young men who work at a Discount Tire put Brian's customer service to shame. They remember me, they call me sir, shake my hand and look me in the eye. Brian ignores me for 10 minutes, insinuates he doesn't want my business and then returns my vehicle dirty and incomplete.

Great service on valve replacement, evap system issue, and oil pan replacement. Had our vehicle back to us within a day. Super close to 287/Haslet and Saginaw area. Liked their ability to get a job done quickly, done well, and done right. Terrific communication, which is a lost skill these days among many trades. Highly recommended to the community, my friends, and my family.

Hidden gem that all should know about. Going to a mechanic is always a stressful experience, not to mention the fear of not knowing if you can trust them. Fear not, Circle S Auto Service is amazing. They make the experience stress free and they are trust worthy. The staff is friendly and made me feel like a family friend stopping by. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future auto service needs.
