Went in for a simple oil change, and they left the oil filter busted afterward. Extremely careless work that could have caused serious engine damage. I expected basic professionalism, but now I have to deal with fixing their mistake. Definitely disappointed with the service. I had conversations in phone, I also sent them pictures of both receipts (their and place where I fixed the issue l) It’s been around two weeks no response.

The team still took the time to thoroughly check everything, even performing a complimentary full inspection, and they didn’t charge me a dime since they couldn’t find any real issues. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. I will absolutely bring my car back here if I ever need service in the future.
View on GoogleThey are a complete scam trying to dry your wallet out as much as they can. Took my truck in for a loud noise. They found the issue and told me it will be $5,514 to fix it. Mind you. I was able to drive the truck to the mechanic place and now they call back saying transmission is busted and going to cost me another $6,000 to repair. I was able to drive it to their place just fine and now they said it wont drive forward. I said leave it alone and i will pick up the truck myself on dec. 20. They made me pay for an issue they cause and now im on my way to pick up my truck to tow it back to colorado. Once i bring the truck back to colorado and have my mechanic take a look at it. He even said they were trying to scam me big time and nothing was wrong with the transmission. He did some adjustment and boom. Trucks works perfectly fine with the same transmission. Don’t take your vehicle here, they will find problems that is not there so they can bill you as much as they can. I uploaded a video and picture of the reciept of the scam they made me pay. Best believe i will take this to the next level and make a complaint
View on GoogleTook our vehicle in for a possible fuel pump issue and asked if they could install windshield wiper switch. Was told $85 for the switch. 12 hours later was told over $300 for the switch because they looked at wrong part when giving the price. Got vehicle back and still had same issue. Found out they did not check their work after install of new pump. Issue was after cold start and would be sluggish for 20 seconds after start. The also did not properly test before diagnosis. Only shown testing of fuel rail but nothing before fuel rail which could help to isolate the problem. I would not recommend this place at all. They wanted to try again but already waisted $1000. They also never verbally told me the transmission fluid was extremely low just put it on a form. This place is a joke and the mechanic needs to go back for remedial training. Manager was argumentative throughout the encounter. Nothing but excuses.
