The Good: The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As for the repair itself, the technician did an excellent job replacing the rear main seal on my Chevy Cobalt. The fix has held up perfectly for about 3,000 miles so far with no further leaks. The Bad: Unfortunately, communication and quality control missed the mark. The vehicle was initially cleared for pickup without the oil dipstick installed. While I understand mistakes happen, a service advisor attempted to give me an unprofessional and inaccurate explanation for the oversight rather than simply owning it. On the positive side, management did rectify the issue; they provided a complimentary ride to my home and gave me a liability waiver to drive the vehicle back to the shop, as we were unsure of the actual oil level. It did, however, require them to keep my car for several additional days. The Worse: My main concern arose during my first routine oil change following the service. The oil pan drain plug had been severely over-tightened—clearly installed with an impact gun rather than torqued to specification—requiring me to use my own impact gun to remove it. Furthermore, the engine had been overfilled by approximately one full quart of oil. Conclusion: Ultimately, this shop is capable of quality mechanical work, but their attention to detail and final quality control check-offs need improvement. If you use them, I highly recommend verifying the work both before leaving the lot and once you get home. With better follow-through, they could easily be a 5-star establishment.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Took my Mazda in for brakes and an overall inspection. Their report system is pretty cool, they give you a write up of each recommendation with a picture of the area/system. Was actually shocked how quick they did front brakes/rotors and new belts.

I like this place a lot. They are expensive but who isn't these days? They do great quality auto care and I really feel like I can trust them. They went above and beyond to help me get most of my repairs rightfully covered by the warranty company I had. I am thankful I can drop off my car to Christian Brothers and feel like they will take great care of the vehicle and make recommendations as if it were their own. Highly recommend.
