(((WARNING)))) DO NOT WORK WITH THIS TEAM. i went here based on their reputation. they happen to be close to my home, so it was a shoe in..... boy was i wrong. i paid for their deep diagnostic to find out what the problem was. Mechanics came back with an $8500 estimate, which i approved. after about two weeks, i finally got my truck back, drove ten minutes, and the exact everything was still happening. as if they did nothing. $8500........ turns out, they misdiagnosed the truck all together. there was no oil pump problem or timing chain, or fuel rails. a valve had collapsed and couldn't be repaired. $8,500 experiment i guess. eighty five hundred dollars, and two weeks down. --- after having to go back and forth with them about my $8500, they elected they would make good and kept working on it. they swapped out the engine, with a bad engine. which caused them to also change out my cat system. this cost me another 5 weeks. after it was all said and done, they put two engines in, cat system, and sent me on my way with a coolant smell coming off engine, starting issues, chirps, and nobody knows what else. I took it to them on June 8th, assuming they would figure out whatever they did and get it solved... i returned June 19th expecting the truck to be repaired as 8 days is quite a while to run down some noises - to my dismay, they had failed to address this start up noise, they had only worked one of the noises they created. i guess they dint have time for my truck over the 8 days i was gone and it was easy to be without..... no priority, even though i am back because of their workmanship and or parts used in their tear my truck apart experiment. So here we are today, Friday we agreed i would stand here with them Monday morning and we would start the truck together and find our problem.... i get there today, and they moved the vehicle and didn't track the noise. they did this for 8 days already, skipped my truck..... i found it completely odd they would move the vehicle when we all agreed to work it on Monday. so i said just let it sit until lunch, i returned..... at lunch, Matt went out to my truck and found the issue in about two minutes - or so he says. So i lost 9 days and it took them two minutes.... SWEET DEAL FOR ME...... At this point, i am super frustrated, why they didn't find the problems over the 8 days and have some type of solution, NAHHHHH, DO NOT EXPRESS YOUR FRUSTRATION, because they will use that as a way to side step their poor favor in all of this. Matt, you failed to prioritize my truck and you are costing me money. you were handed a vehicle on the 8th of June and on the 22nd you still have no answers on what yall did to my truck. beyond that, you failed to prioritize, knowing i spent $8500 in your house and your team did the circus act for over six weeks.... yet still, i arrive there today, and Matt's concern is my derogatory comments such as they wasted eight days to address this when i am standing their in there. so they played around until i got frustrated and now wanna use the frustration to side step their responsibility, AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT IT. meanwhile, this Matt is pretending i should be happy, he is doing what he can for me......... geez, what a lame group to deal with. never ever ever take anything to the, these are not Christians, and these are not honest people. they pulled all this crap, and getting them to make good on it has done nothing but cost me more money. **** YOU HAVE OPTIONS, DO NOT RISK HAVING THIS EXPERIENCE, SAVE YOURSELF THE MASSIVE FRUSTRATION BY SIMPLY GOING ELSEWHERE.... at least elsewhere, you have a chance of having a good experience. Best auto shop I have been to! Our battery basically exploded and they helped us to not only diagnose the issue but get a new one installed in a little over an hour. They treated us like family and were incredibly compassionate with our dog. Any repair you need go to Christian brothers they are amazing and will treat you right!

Will definitely be coming back!!! Called CBA-Granbury about getting my brakes done and they were able to get me in same day. Very clean and calming waiting area, respectful and professional employees at the front desk. They had a complimentary shuttle; drove me home while I waited for the free inspection. Turns out I didn't need brakes. They sent me pictures/video of the inspection and recommended a front sway bar in the future, but didn't pressure me or try to upsell me on any service. Ended up getting the sway bar done anyways and was picked up the following afternoon. They had my car waiting by the door with an ice cold water bottle waiting for me in the cupholder!!! Very fairly priced, great service, will definitely be coming back and recommending CBA-Granbury to anyone who needs work!! Thank y'all again and God Bless!!

Having a relationship with Christian Brothers is an absolute must (IMO) if you want to be able to make financially sound decisions about car maintenance and repairs. They are not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. The service is unmatched. You can trust their work, and they will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the health of your car. I’m specifically appreciative today for Michelle and the Shuttle Driver (I didn’t catch his name). They made a potentially stressful situation manageable, and I didn’t have to take PTO, call out from work, or pay for an uber.

I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive for a transmission replacement that was covered under my SecureCare warranty. They accepted the warranty and kept my vehicle for approximately five to six months. When my vehicle was finally returned to me, the check engine light was still on and a timing-related issue was unresolved. I was informed by staff that they did not know how to fix the problem and that they chose not to take the vehicle to Toyota due to the cost. Despite this, the vehicle was released back to me in this condition. After months without my vehicle, it was extremely frustrating to receive it back not properly repaired, especially after a major warranty-covered service. Communication and resolution were very disappointing. I am now having to escalate this matter with the warranty company to correct an issue that should have been resolved before the vehicle was released. I hope this review encourages better accountability and customer care in the future.
