Brought my Ram SRT-10 in 4 separate times for the same transmission oil leak — never fully resolved. On top of that, my truck received hail damage while in their care. When I lost confidence in the shop after repeated failures, the mechanic chose to make personal comments about my character to my family rather than address the actual work. Unprofessional and disappointing. Would not recommend for performance vehicles.

View on GoogleDo not go to this place. We gave this mechanic shop more than 3 tries to fix our car, and every time we got it back, our car started to leak more oil than before. They replaced parts that we never asked for, and claimed that it was necessary. Then they increased the cost to over $1k (added $100s), which they justified by replacing parts they insisted were necessary (but we did not ask for). We asked the owner for receipts to prove they actually used new parts, and the owner claimed that was illegal to do (it isn't illegal). Please save yourself the headache and go to a professional shop. This one has people who will literally make your car have more issues than what it came in with, we had issues with a leak, and after they fixed it multiple times, suddenly the motor, and other parts started to have issues. The first time they called us saying that the car did not want to start anymore after disasembling the vehicle. Please do NOT go here. Save your time. We ended up going to another mechanic shop that only charged $800 and identified the issue we originally suspected. Not only that, but they also ensured that they would fix whatever is causing the check engine light for that cost. Do research and go elsewhere
