Took my F350 dually in for an alignment. They were friendly from the moment I called them till the time I left. The facility was very clean and nice. They did great work and charged a fair price. Got the feeling that everybody there had been there for a minute and this wasn't their first rodeo. The front desk gal, Kelsey I think was her name, showed me where the waiting room was and told me that she had just stocked it with snacks and such rather than just pointing and saying it's down the hall. Good old southern hospitality. Loved every minute of it. Thank you.

Poor service. They aligned my truck—it took almost two hours. When I left, they told me it was all set. Two hours later, I called because the truck was pulling to the right. On the phone, they told me it was the caster and that they needed to take things apart to fix it. Really? Two hours earlier, you told me it was set. Now, over the phone, you're telling me you know what's wrong with it? Worst service

Our 2025 Winnebago Adventurer built on the F-53 chassis needed front end alignment. Friendly administrative person got us scheduled. We arrived at the scheduled time and they had our unit ready to go in a couple hours. Nice waiting room. Friendly and helpful service desk staff. Reasonable price for the alignment. Highly recommend.

Had a front end alignment issue on my RAM 5500 truck with a tall truck camper on top. They are the ONLY outfit in DFW area to have a bay to fit my 13’ 6” profile. They did a great job!! They also allowed us to stay in an adjoining open space overnight to make our 0800 appointment easy to keep. They also have a comfortable waiting room. Thank you Buck’s again for the great job.
