Went in for the complimentary breaks inspection (my first time ever at Breaks Plus/Alta Mere location). Facility was clean and staff was polite and helpful. Was seen an hour before closing and they confirmed what Nissan had stated regarding my breaks needing replacement. The store manager, Tommy, was informative and explained exactly what my car needed. No upselling. And offered to do the job right then & there, despite their facility closing within the hour. I really appreciated their willingness to get the job done as I was a walk-in and great, timely service. Very professional! And less expensive than what Nissan quoted me for the same service. Will definitely be going back for additional services.

This was my first time going to a car shop very intimidating but they were so nice and Tommy was so helpful he checked out my tires after two other places sent me away and did what they couldn’t. He connected me to another place to get new tires cheaper than what I had been looking at before. He explained what was wrong with my tires and the options I had. If you’re going to walmart for car services literally just drive across the parking lot to this place so much better and cheaper. Huge shout out to Tommy.
