He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. It’s rare to find someone who is both honest and attentive when it comes to car service. I truly appreciated the great communication and customer service. View on GoogleI had a great experience, I have went to other locations and received good customer service so that is what I was expecting with this location… To say they blew the others out of the water would be an understatement. Not only did they service my vehicle but they were very transparent, as a woman I have found that to be difficult to find. I was having my oil changed, breaks done as well as a break fluid flush. Because it would be a bit of a wait they set me up with a Lyft ride home and then back again which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back to this location for future work and would highly recommend it to others!
View on GoogleGot here about an hour and a half before closing without an appointment. Needed an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wiper blades. Casey was very professional and courteous. He got me in quickly and I was out of there well before closing. Highly recommend this Brakes Plus.
View on GoogleTook my car to Brakes Plus with all sorts of problems and Wilson the service advisor helped me understand exactly what I was working with and helped develop a cost-effective plan for fixing what needed to be done. He walked me through exactly what work I needed to make sure the car was safe, and developed a plan for the things that needed to be done in the future so that it would make the car really work well and last a longer time. Richie did a fantastic job replacing my worn brakes, machining my rotors, and performing an alignment on my old Camry... drove it off the parking lot and it was a night and day difference. It handled better, the brake shudder was gone, and I just felt safer driving the vehicle down the road. After spending some time there talking with Mason, Wilson, Daniel and Richie it was clear that this location was customer-focused and these guys really knew their stuff. Watching them interact with other customers in the same way they did with me showed that they had an honesty and integrity there that you won't find at some other shops here in DFW. All in all, fantastic experience with this location and I'm looking forward to getting more work done in the future here... making sure my car is safe and fun to drive again. Thank you again!!!
