Went in for a break, change and oil change before I was even quoted for the oil change. It was already done. They did help me out with my coupons. But they also left a mess. I still personally think it was overpriced. The manager did help me out plenty with a coupon situation. So I don't wanna say it a good or bad post just an honest one.

Just got my struts changed and I appreciate their hard work in this hot weather. I am a nurse practitioner that does house calls, so I appreciate having a safe car.
View on GoogleI have been here three times. First time got recommended from others to see if can instal my item with them, they did it. Second time i gave them a try to check and estimate my alignment because other place trying to take all my money, guess what, they did it with the lowest price. Third time they were checking my brakes, i had an issue for weird sound, i thought i have to change all my break pads, guess what, nothing happen, they did it and save tons of your money. Joe (the front desk guy) is awesome! Cool guy and understand you only pay for what you need. I recommend this place. The people who works here very professional and know what to do.

View on GoogleThe first time I came to Brakes Plus at White Settlement for an oil change, the customer service was awesome! The staff was great and the prices were affordable. So I came back expecting to get the same results. It was the complete opposite! I pulled up and two men were outside. One walked away and another stood on the opposite end. Nobody greeted me and one of them stared at me, and then walked away. I never expected that to happen to me. So I waited a few minutes, thinking that I would soon get service. The same guy comes back and then he walked away again. Also, there were no customers ahead of me. I was the only one that pulled up at the time that I came today, which was early this afternoon. I drove off highly disappointed. I have never experienced any service like that in my life. Never again!
