Awesome place with great prices! I came a few weeks back for new brakes and rotors (mine couldn’t be turned). The entire team was helpful, polite, and efficient. Manager was extremely nice and friendly. I will absolutely continue to visit this location and recommend as well. Also, as a woman, it was very nice to not be taken advantage of and not treated as though I am unaware and can just have the wool pulled over my eyes.

I went in for a full brake inspection to fix a few problems I have been having with my brakes for a while now. My service advisor, Alicia, was extremely polite and helpful upon entering the store, and assured that the technicians would get right to work on it. After the inspection of the brakes, I was shown what was wrong, and was given a few different options at different price points to fix the issue. During this, the service advisor was continuing to be extremely helpful and obviously knew what she was talking about, making it very reassuring. As I did come in closer to closing time, and the brake job going to take a bit longer than typical pad swaps, the technicians ended up staying 40 minutes past the stores closing time to get my vehicle all fixed up. During that time, the service advisor made the time go by extremely fast through just some conversation, and I could tell that this shop actually cares about its customers. While driving home, I noticed that the brakes felt extremely smooth, and any mush in the pedal has been eliminated. Those technicians did a fantastic job! And the service advisor was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this shop, and will continue going to them for any needs with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I can only give 5/5 stars, but the crew working today deserves way more! Very satisfied today.

Excellent experience at Brakes Plus! The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and got me taken care of quickly. The pricing was also very fair and competitive, which made the whole experience even better. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but this team definitely delivered. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but am finally writing a review after several poor experiences. Came to this location for the first time to get an oil change. It took almost 2 hours for me to get my oil changed with zero communication about the length of time or the delay when I requested, which was very unfortunate because I had my young child with me and had to wait with the vehicle. The person who worked at the register was very friendly, but zero communication and took entirely too long. the next time I needed an oil change I made an appointment thinking that this would solve the wait time issue. I I come in give them my car and it takes over an hour and a half before they even pull my car to the back to start working despite having an appointment. I wound up being there for over three hours however, I did also have them change my brakes so that could be part of the delay however, it took entirely too long for my vehicle to even get pulled given that I had an appointment. For those two bad experiences, I didn’t wanna go there again, but I still needed to get two more brakes replaced and my car inspected so while we took my husband‘s truck to go get his oil changed in a different location I dropped my car off for an oil change and the additional two brakes to be replaced. This was on a weekday. It took four hours before my car was ready. I go to pick it up. I get my receipt and I don’t find out until a few days later that I didn’t get my emissions receipt and I wasn’t able to register my vehicle with the state and after back-and-forth communication for several days, it was an error with their machine, but I was never told on that first day that there were errors and I ended up having to get a refund on the emissions test. The only reason I’m not giving them a one star is because every person that I spoke with or dealt with was nice and friendly every single time.
