Stopped in to get an inspection. They got me in the bay immediately! I was in and out. The manager Thomas was very nice and helpful. Great customer service. And the service manager Sukhi is great! No pressure!I met a woman that has been coming here for two years and is very satisfied.The lobby is very clean and spacious and the restroom was the cleanest I’ve seen at any auto repair shop. They won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. Being a female that is important not to be taken advantage of. I wish I would have known about this place a long time ago. I will be back for maintenance services for sure.

My car has been pulling to the right for a couple weeks so I just pulled up and rolled the window down to ask how much for an alignment. Tommy immediately came and greeted me and gave me a price that I couldn't refuse. I told him a couple more problems ive been having with my steering and he gave me quick, honest and fair solutions to fix my issues. Gave me the suggestions to rotate the tires as well, and gave me a super fair price in the repair to eliminate the tire shake problem I've been having for a while. They didnt pressure me in to buying right then and there, but simply gave me a quote, and offered real/fair help as far as pricing if I continue to use them as my mechanic. These people here are truly for the people and making cars safe on the road. 11/10 will be returning!

They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair professionally - at a price that was more than fair. No upselling, no runaround, just honest work from people who genuinely cared about helping me. This is what customer service should look like. Highly recommend!

Anthony and the team at Brakes Plus were great to work with. They helped me get a fair price and worked with me throughout the entire repair process. I had a control arm replaced, and they handled the labor professionally and did a great job. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made everything convenient and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest people who are willing to work with you and make sure you’re taken care of, but that’s exactly the experience I had here. I appreciate Anthony and the rest of the staff for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. Thanks again!
