Great experience with Sage at this location! He was quick and efficient. He explained everything about my repair needs clearly and professionally. I received my vehicle quickly from an oil change and went over what was needed for my car before it breaks down on me. I highly recommend this location!
View on GoogleBig shout out to Sy! Thanks to him, I’m officially a repeat customer. Every time I’ve come in, he’s been extremely helpful and professional. Previously, I had taken my truck to another mechanic for new brake pads, and shortly after that, my truck started developing new issues. After doing some research, I decided to bring it here. Sy took the time to properly inspect everything, explained clearly what was going on, and most importantly he was honest. He didn’t try to oversell me or push unnecessary repairs. He was straightforward, fair, and got my truck running right again. I use my truck for work, so it’s critical that it stays in top condition. Thanks to Sy, I have complete confidence that I’m taken care of. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be coming back to see him without hesitation. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleBE CAUTIOUS: I took my car here to get inspected. After inspection my car's entertainment screen wouldn't turn on. I informed the front desk guy and he immediately got defensive. Told me that they don't touch the screen during inspection and I would need to pay $99 for a diagnostic. When I said I shouldn't have to pay anything since the screen stopped working right after the inspection. He said they wouldn't charge to run the diagnostic but I would have to come tomorrow as the techs are busy. Even though moments prior he tried to convince me to get an oil change. Horrible customer service and total lack of ownership of their mistake. I will not be bringing back my cars to this location.

They reviewed upcoming maintenance items with me but didn’t push me to have them completed now as I still had time before they were truly needed. I appreciate their transparency and honesty. CJ and Sy were great and I will continue bringing my car to Brakes Plus because I know that integrity is the name of the game at this location.

He showed me how damaged my brakes were and was transparent to recommend what services were absolutely needed. They took me in right away as a walk in. No extended waiting. All parts readily available in the shop. I will be coming back here again in the future.
