Had a great experience here. They communicate, work quickly, and care about the customer experience. My former mechanic out of Mansfield, who I will leave nameless, let me down big time, but these guys shined in all the places I’ve been let down in the past. Well worth it. Joe at the front desk is the best!

Had a hard shifting transmission they took the time to inspect the truck and make sure they found the problem. Great turn around had my truck back in a few days running like new. Called me with updates and gave me options on what they could do to fix my problem. Definitely a great place to get repairs done.
View on GoogleI brought them a problem that I thought required a wizard to fix. I had been to a couple other places with no success. I was very happy that they were able to diagnose an improper part and replace it. I did deduct one star for their pricing. I am not opposed to paying for a job well done. They did charged me a considerable fee for an inspection of about everything on the vehicle that I did not feel like I needed and certainly did not ask for. That seem to be non negotiable before they would even look at it. Additionally, there appears pricing on one piece of paper for programing. On another piece of paper there were two charges for programing. When I questioned it I was shown the single charge paper. It seemed like some kind of razzle dazzle to me. Honestly, I was so delighted that they solved the problem that I just happily paid without further wrangling. I will keep them in mind for future service.
