URGENT FLAG ON THE PLAY- READ BEFORE BUYING- So to make a Novel of information into a 1 page summary I will list the basis and allow whomever reads this to make there decisions on purchasing from this particular dealership. - Sold me a pre owned vehicle that I was told by Derek VanFlenner(finance) / Alexandra Hampton (GM) the car was in prestine condition for the age of the vehicle (had extremely low miles). - Vehicle came with Rocker Panel damage ($547/ea side in repairs) - (Decal Defects $2000 repair + labor) that was not mentioned before or during the sales, also tried to tell me that the carrier (Acertus) who delivered the vehicle caused the damage and after a dive of information it shows that the Vehicle had this damage prior and that I was mislead and directed incorrect information to close the sale. I brought this attention to there matters with all necessary documented info and they said sorry car is sold as is, I stated that there is no claim where you stated the car came with these damages , and was basically told kick rocks they wont fix it or even meet me half way to fix it. Understand these are the type of people you will be dealing with so do your due diligence... they will lie for a sale and not take care of the customer even if they are at fault. Happy Shopping

Eric N. was the customer relations person I was fortunate to have represent me through the process. The personal I met were all personable, very professional, well-mannered and most important ensured my complete satisfaction. I asked many questions and promptly received answers that were understandable. I always felt that I was in complete control of the Truck Buying situation. When I had questions that required the consultation with the service department, Tyrone provided accurate up to date information. The General Manager's presence was felt throughout the relationship; from my first appointment well, through the sale process, and importantly well after delivery of the Truck. I made an appointment on line to change the oil, rotate the tires and give my F-150 a going over before a roadtrip. When the time came they got me right in with no wait. The service rep was friendly, knowledgable and made sure to keep me updated. During the overall inspection the mechanic sent me a video link that I could see what was good and what could use attention; along with the prices should I choose to have the work done. I did decide to have him add a brake system flush to the work order; which added some extra time to my wait. overall the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the total price was also reasonable. Based on this experence I would be happy to do business with this Ford dealer again.
