Highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle! I visited from over 1,000 miles away to pick up my new-to-me vehicle, and I really appreciated all the work that went into the deal to make it happen. Braden was so very helpful making sure I knew what was going on all the time, and that I never felt pressured to do anything. I felt good leaving with my new vehicle, and I had no issues driving the 1,000+ miles back home with it!

I brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and specifically explained that my steering wheel was not straight while driving. I asked them to check whether the alignment was off or if something else was causing the issue. When they sent me the inspection report, there was no mention of the concern I had raised. After I asked about it again, they suddenly told me I needed an alignment. Because I wasn’t confident in their assessment, I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. That shop informed me that my frame was off, which is a much more serious issue that was never mentioned by Dodge. What concerns me most is that my steering issue still wasn’t fixed, and it felt like they only recommended an alignment because I brought up the problem again. I expected a thorough inspection and honest communication, especially after specifically asking about the issue. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and lack of attention to my concerns.

Brought my truck in yesterday for service. I was really disappointed with the customer service Vivian had. She was very rude and unprofessional, especially when I stated my concern about an issue. She immediately became defensive and Immediately got an attitude. I explained what I needed to be done, and behold only one thing was done. I explained I was leaving out of town and I needed to get a certain hose fixed. I was told OK no problem. It never got fixed. Never had I had this problem with AJ before.
