I have a 2013 Volvo and this European vehicle can be scary to take for repairs. Jeff and his team are amazing, and got me all fixed up for a good price. I’ll be back when I need help again. :D

Honestly, I was running more on hope and prayer than confidence. Jeff and his team took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and quickly got to work. They identified the issues, replaced both the catalytic converter and the A/C compressor, and brought my car back to life. Now it runs smooth, quiet, and reliable again and my A/C is blowing ice-cold air just in time for the Texas heat. What impressed me most wasn’t just the repair itself, but the professionalism, honesty, and care Jeff and his team showed throughout the entire process. They turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. This auto repair shop helped me when my car battery kept dying unexpectedly, which was becoming very frustrating. Instead of immediately replacing the battery, they first checked the full electrical system step by step. After a detailed inspection, they found a small alternator issue causing the battery to drain. I really appreciated their honest approach because they focused on finding the actual problem instead of guessing. They repaired it properly and tested everything before giving the car back. Since then, I haven’t faced any starting issues at all. The whole experience felt transparent, fair, and very professional, which made me trust their service completely.

This place has gone downhill unfortunately. 4 times in a row, i had appointments set up. Each single time, I brought my vehicle right when they open, they forget to look at it. 7 hours of having my vehicle, and you didnt bother to look at it, or keep in communication with the customer? Every SINGLE time.... Having an appointment doesn't really matter at this place cause it will get lost in their massive list of cars. Unfortunately almost a decade of referring everybody i know to them, the time has come to part ways. Its completely unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere. good luck with the gentrification in the area.

My 2003 Saturn Vue was towed to this shop on July 22, 2025 with a red engine light on. Another shop who had done a lot of expensive work on my vehicle for the last couple of years refused to work on it because he thought it needed a new CVT transmission. I didn't know anything about Auto Car Care Center’s shop, but after speaking to Jeff, the owner, on the phone prior to the tow, I felt he could handle the problem. Jeff worked on my vehicle with the true knowledge of a Saturn’s components the other shop never showed me even though they touted being Saturn specialists. Jeff, by far, is a true Saturn specialist. With his determination, he fixed my transmission issue by installing a remanufactured valve body. While there, he noticed a hesitation when starting the vehicle, and then he recommended a new fuel pump and seal. I finally got the call that my vehicle was “ready to take on the world”. No problems since I left that shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough! After personally owning and operating a classic vehicle restoration shop for 35 years, I can attest that Jeff operates his shop with honesty, a high level of professionalism, a vast auto parts’ knowledge and always keeps the cost of the job down for the customer. He saved me over $2500. from having to buy a remanufactured CVT transmission and labor installation cost!
