After the issues I experienced following my tune-up — including the check engine light, catalytic converter code — I was extremely frustrated and felt unheard at first. To their credit, they did step up afterward, contacted me directly, and took my vehicle back in to inspect and help address the repairs. That follow-up and willingness to work toward a resolution meant a lot because accountability and customer service matter. I do appreciate the effort being made now to make things right instead of ignoring the situation. Hopefully everything gets resolved properly from here.”

I would give more stars if I could. He gave me a free tire and I headed to Discount tires because that’s where my warranty was! And I told him I would bring the tire back! Great place! View on GoogleMy mother had a transmission issue on her Nissan Rogue on a Sunday and ended up needing to tow her car to get serviced. After leaving them a message, Auto 1 Repair Center quickly followed up with her the next day and car was ready by Tuesday. Ogi was delightful and they also had someone who spoke Spanish that helped with her language barrier. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and wonderful service!
