Awful awful awful experience. Horrible customer service. Came only for a state inspection. When I first arrived with my child in the car no one would service us and there was an employee just sitting in a chair playing on his phone, he wouldn’t get up to help, I came inside and stood for awhile and there are two front desk ladies, the one with the lip ring seen me and didn’t bother to help and stood there for what seemed forever and then the other one who was the ONLY great employee at this location with AWESOME customer service named Aspen seen me and immediately tried to assist me. Everyone else here needs to take notes. Was told the person that does those was on his way back from the dr. Went to Walmart came back. Pulled up to the open and empty state inspections and was immediately told to go back and pull to the side even though that lane was empty. Shortly after doing so cars surrounded mine to where I couldn’t get out. Stayed inside the office for 30 minutes while the inspection guy just kept walking in and out the office. While in the office the other front desk lady Cheryl who not once offered to assist me even when I came back the second time is so unprofessional she hit her vape while inside the office in front of customers. Then after being here forever the inspection guy Lucas said he can’t do it bc of needing some tool to do the process and he had to go home and get it. I got frustrated by this point and did a deep sigh saying I could have went somewhere else and couldn’t leave if I wanted to bc now I was blocked in when I could’ve been parked in the state inspection aisle in the first place. Then just as I was about to try and get people to move so I could leave the wonderful Aspen told me she told him to get my inspection done. He still took forever, asked me unnecessary questions in the middle of the process. Still took forever until I finally just asked for my key back to go somewhere else, literally watched a whole movie The Mummy they had on the tv in the waiting office area. Absolutely ridiculous.

Brad and the team at Alta Mere saved my 2006 Land Cruiser after two prominent Fort Worth shops told me the engine was blown and needed a full replacement. The truck sat for 18 months. If you want honest expertise in Fort Worth, this is the shop. Period.

My fiancé and I love this place. We have been coming here for several years, and go nowhere else. This is the most fair priced and professional car place we have ever found. The waiting room is so relaxing and the people that work here are so helpful and courteous. Most importantly is we trust them and they are incredibly honest. We actually moved to Haslet a few months ago, but still make the drive to see them at Alta Mere Auto Care.

This shop is a pleasant experiance. The staff is upbeat and you can tell that they have a great working environment. The manager Zeddie went above to make sure I was comfortable and offered coffee, water and asled if I had any questions. I highly recommend this shop. The are fast and friendly and have a well organized staff that strives to be helpful and respectful to customers. Also Kudsos as I did not see any employees sitting on their phone but were present and engaged in their work.

My ac went out. They got me in immediately and welcomed my kids and I into their office to stay cool with cold water. Quickly took care of the issue and the price was reasonable.
