I’m leaving a 1 star review and that is generous. If I could go lower than I would. I brought 2017 Chevy Tahoe into the Aamco Hulen location. But first I called them about 20 times with no answer. My husband finally went down there personally to see if they were open. The owner said he wouldn’t answer my call because he thought I was a solicitior. I should have known then that this wasn’t going to turn out well. He didn’t even know that the engine had a top and bottom. He was always yelling at me and hard to understand. He had my car for a week and told us he had called the warranty company but lied. He hadn’t done anything. He yelled at me saying he needed more time and I needed to be patient because I had brought him a mess! After a week I had it towed to the Aamco on camp Bowie. Totally professional and they fixed my car in a day and a half. Don’t ever take your car to this joke of a shop!

The A/C went out on my son’s 2015 Honda Accord. He had a warranty and AAMCO was one of the preferred providers as well as PepBoys. After reading reviews, I decided to take the car to AAMCO. The customer service was exceptional, they communicated clear expectations and a timeline, very friendly and nice, and most of all fixed the A/C! I highly recommend this business and will return for any services needed.

I really struggled finding a shop that would take care of my Corvette, but they were more than willing. They did quality service and FAST. I got a synthetic oil change, spark plugs and wires in less than a few hours at a very reasonable price. Other places wanted to make me wait days! Very professional, knowledgeable shop and I will return to for all my auto care and maintenance needs. Top notch and honest shop!

At first I was nervous to deal with a shop where I had no previous interactions, but Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated with me and offered a few options to fix my transmission of which I chose the greater warranty due to it being that classic Silverado transmission. Thank you for that Joe! The time frame he gave me to be back on the road was very accurate. You have earned a customer for life!!!
