I feel stupid for the second time, I went to this shop, and they did it again with me overpriced and you have to pay or they will replace the old parts(that’s what they said) I went there to change a specific part. They said it cost like less than 800 after that I have been waiting reply from them to let me know how much it’s gonna cost to see if I can afford it or not . And I’m surprised they said your truck is ready and you have to pay more than 25 hundreds And I I said why you did it before letting me know how much it’s gonna cost they said it’s not our problem you have to pay or we take out new parts but unfortunately I paid because I need to keep going and working and hustling in the life.

I have been a customer of this business for over six years, yet during my last two service visits, they charged me nearly $100 more than what I have been paying for years. Their explanation was not at all convincing, especially since I was bringing in the exact same equipment for its scheduled preventive maintenance. Today, my truck was the only vehicle in the lot—a stark contrast to the past, when there were always long lines—and now I clearly see and understand why. Consequently, many of my colleagues in the industry have also stopped going to this place. There is simply too much inconsistency in their pricing and a complete lack of professionalism. Today marked my final oil change and preventive maintenance service with them.

They Don't honor their work. if they fix something and the part breaks he'll leave you stuck please don't go ...they put an air condenser fell off the truck after 45 days and they refuse to even do anything about it.. told me we should have driven the truck to them with the condenser hanging for it to fall off while driving ., but when I called he told me to bring it there....hung up on me and said he not doing anything call my lawyer go to court he do care and hung up in my face.... if you need a good mechanic don't go there trashy company ..... negative 10 stars money hounds

This shop performed major repair work on a vehicle without giving me the courtesy of a call, a confirmation, or even basic communication before moving forward. Decisions were made about my equipment and my money without my consent — and when I asked for clarification, the response I received was dismissive and disrespectful. Their response alone confirmed that this wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was a pattern. This kind of behavior is a breach of the most basic respect owed to a customer. No one should ever be treated like they’re an inconvenience for simply expecting honesty and authorization before thousands of dollars in work are done. I walked away feeling taken advantage of, ignored, and belittled. Whether this was negligence, indifference, or something worse, it left a lasting impression — and not the kind any business should be proud of. Mohammad and his father, the owner, should reflect on how they handle approval, communication, and especially the dignity of the people they deal with. When trust is broken, it’s nearly impossible to repair. When a shop shows this level of disregard for its customers, it’s not just poor service—it’s a warning sign. Do not assume your vehicle—or your wallet—is safe here. Proceed with caution.

Great service and very nice people and they took very good care of me and my family for an amazing price 👍
