Brought my car there about 18 months ago because my lower ball joint on the passenger side had broken. They charged me $1000 to replace both control arms, ball joint, CV axle and the front brake pads. I later had work done at another shop for another unrelated repair, and they noticed that the bolts holding the upper control arm to the car had never been properly tightened and were loose. I later brought my car back to them to have my rear brake discs and pads replaced. They noticed that I was due for an oil change and offered to take care of that for me. They lowered the price of the oil change when I declined because of the high price they quoted me. I agreed to the lower price. When I came to pick up my car they showed me a pan of filthy black gear oil (If you know the smell of gear oil you know how I knew) and tried to claim it was the oil that came out of my crankcase. I keep my oil changed regularly so I know that muck they showed me did not come out of my engine. Both times I dealt with them they did not want to accept my Visa card and wanted me to go to an ATM to draw out cash to pay them. Last week, my car broke the same ball joint they replaced. A year and a half (about 8-9,000 miles) seems like a very short time for a ball joint to last. They apparently use poor quality parts, perform shoddy quality work and are overall not very honest. I will not be returning.

My review has nothing to do with the quality of service at this place. I pass the shop on my way to work, and a month ago they had a sign saying they are looking for mechanics. Since my husband was looking for a job at the time, I called him to go check it out. He went and spoke to Luis, who was very nice and told him he would need to meet the owner, Hamid, so to come back the next day. He went there again, Hamid was not in, so Luis told him to be there the next day around 1pm. He went again, and after waiting for a little, Hamid didn't even talk to him after seeing him waiting, and sent Luis to tell him they are not looking anymore because he has a family member from abroad coming on Monday. 3 weeks later, the sign is still outside the shop. For the first time in my life I experience how, indeed, people of color are treated differently just because. You would think that coming from another country, and being a person of color himself, he would have an open mind. My husband had similar happenings in the past, but never like this since we got together and now I feel the pain. Without even giving him a chance to prove he is a good mechanic (and he absolutely rocks!), Hamid dismissed him. His loss, but shame, shame.

Seeing the reviews his online, I had gone to this shop to fix my BMW car. He said charge labor $400 but he charged $600. He said parts $600, he put the china parts which did not work for 100 miles. I went back to him showed the issue, he tried to fix, he accepted that he put china part, added he is replacing with original part. whatever his machin showing codes are not matching with codes the BMW dealer showed. He did not fix but changed. we need to be careful with owner, he does not stick to the word. There is no right mechanic to fix the high end cares like BMW, AUDI etc. Moreover they are taking our original parts and replacing with china cheap parts. It is true. He Puts us in conversation, and mechanics change our original parts and pack them and use for other's cars.If you really want get work with him, first get the quote on the paper focus on the problem and record the issue in your car. keep your eyes when he is working and replacing the parts. you take your car parts replaced with you. Once again I am telling, I lost $1000 without fix any issue for my car. I asked for my bill for the parts that he changed, but did not give. * Many of my friends also said their bad experience with him and his store.

Excellent, top notch service. I arrived at their shop at around 6:15 pm. They close at 6:30 pm. I told them that my check engine light was flashing and the car was running poorly. They did a diagnostic check and started working on my car, even though by that time it was after 6:30 pm. They replaced an ignition coil in my car and I was ready to leave by 7:05 pm. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Farmers Branch area. I live in Houston and was able to make it home that night. Thank you guys so much.

I tried to give the shop the benefit of the doubt, I took my car there to see what was wrong and get a quote. It stayed there for 3 days before finally getting looked at, they change a part without any kind of consent from myself or husband. Go the quote needed but left the shop to take to another. The car was still not working paid 150 for a part that did nothing to benefit the car just paid them to give them money
