I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with these guys. They’re selling cars just to get your money. I haven’t had my car from them for a year and I’ve had multiple problems, after I took it to them to fix the first time another problem occurred the same problem I got fixed and then they tried to name it as something else. Beware of the scams. And the manager Paul is absolutely rude, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them.

Love my Sonota Nline! The process here was super easy and I highly recommend Oak Autos. The financing was super easy and only took me 20 minutes to get out the door once I was approved. They had the car detailed and cleaned and gave me top dollar for my trade in. Shout out to Paulo. Easiest and best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. He was honest and upfront about everything and there was never even a hint of sales pressure tactics that I’m used to when buying a car. I was able to test drive the vehicle and give it a thorough visual inspection, again no pressure from Paulo, he just left me to it. He answered all my questions about the vehicle, offered financing but did not push me to use it. I’ve worked as a tech at big OEM dealerships for many years and let me tell you I have met plenty of slimy shady car salesmen and have seen with my own eyes all of the ways to make a sale if you have no morals. Paulo is not that type of person. I sensed only honesty and integrity from him throughout the entire process. It gave me confidence to make the decision on buying the vehicle. However, I was fortunate to have chosen the services of this auto shop, from which I purchased my Toyota Highlander 4 years ago. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received! From beginning to end, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any complications. First and foremost, I was amazed at the remarkable speed with which they completed the repairs. They wasted no time in getting my car back on the road. I didn't have to endure waiting for weeks as the repairs were swiftly taken care of. What truly stood out to me was the seamless process they provided. From the moment of the accident with the deer, they took care of everything, from towing to paperwork and even communications with my insurance company. They handled nearly every aspect, relieving me of unnecessary stress and ensuring a smooth transaction between the repair costs and my coverage.
