I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There is one employee here who clearly does not want to help customers. When I approached him because my tire pressure light was on, he simply told me to “reset it.” When I asked if he could at least check the air pressure, he responded in a frustrated tone, “You know what, I’ll just fill them all the way up. Then drive about 5 miles and the light will go off.” A week later, I returned and explained what had happened. Another employee checked my tires and told me they had been dangerously overfilled. He corrected the issue, apologized for the experience, and advised me to visit Pep Boys because it could be a tire pressure sensor issue. Pep Boys later informed me that both passenger-side tires needed to be replaced. I’m giving 2 stars only because of the excellent advice and customer service I received from the second employee. I returned again today, May 22, 2026, hoping to speak with the helpful employee, but unfortunately the rude employee was there instead. He told me they did not have a used tire available and guessed that a new tire would cost “$165 and up.” After multiple poor experiences with the same employee, I will not be returning to this location. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I had an accident on the highway and was able to get to here on a flat tire. My rim and tire were very damaged and they set me up with a used tire and sent my rim to get fixed. To top it off my car died, but they helped me jump start it and I was on my way. Horrible day for me but their help got me through it. Thank you! Highly recommend.
