Terrible service. We received the vehicle 3 months after being “fixed” nothing was done right to the vehicle. It was actually still UNSAFE to drive. When we took the car back to explain what needed fixing we were pushed off and ignored. Terrible work on the vehicles. Terrible communication as well; never received a call to let us know any updates we have to continue calling to see what was taking so long. 6 months later STILL NO CAR! And not fixed. We were told “it’ll be here Friday” a month later STILL NOT READY. We were told “it’ll get here Friday” to now being told “national back order” unsafe to drive the vehicle after them. UPDATS WE PICKED UP THE CAR. NOTHING WAS FIXED FROM THE SECOND TIME THEY TOOK IT IN. KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR ANOTHER 3MOTHS TO GET THE CAR SAME WAY IT WAS GIVEN TO U THE FIRST TIME. WOW JUST TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS

I was rear ended at a stop light and Crash Champions got my car in the same day. The repair was completed quickly and the car looks good as new. Very happy with the repair and overall service they provided. Thank you so much!!

FRIENDLY STAFF, BUT A DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE WITH MY VEHICLE I wish I didn’t feel compelled to write this review, but after multiple visits and repeated issues, I feel it’s necessary to help others make an informed decision. My 2023 Honda CR-V sustained what appeared to be strictly cosmetic damage from a fallen tree in Waco. I drove it an hour and a half back to Dallas without mechanical issue—everything was functioning, including the lights and electronics. Following my insurance provider’s direction (USAA), I brought the vehicle to Crash Champions in Farmers Branch. From a customer service standpoint, I have no complaints. Erica was fantastic to work with, and the majority of the staff were helpful, respectful, and responsive. If this review were based solely on staff interaction, it would be five stars. There was a man with red Converse shoes who was absolutely horrendous, but I digress Unfortunately, the vehicle itself has been a nightmare ever since. When I first picked it up, the windshield wipers were installed backwards. I was told, rather casually, that this “happens sometimes.” That alone left me confused—how do wipers make it out of a shop without anyone checking their function? Moments after leaving, I noticed my turn signal blinking rapidly, indicating an issue. I returned within three minutes, and they said it was a battery-related problem. After an adjustment, I left again. But the next day, after flying out of town and returning 48 hours later, my vehicle wouldn’t start at all. This began a cycle of visits: returning the car, battery replacements, more diagnostics. Yet to this day, my CR-V still requires a jump after just a few hours of sitting—even after they replaced the battery. I had to invest in a portable jump starter just to function day to day. I’ve lost valuable time, business, and hundreds of dollars in Ubers because of this. Not once have they offered any sort of concession or willingness to rectify their mistakes other than saying they'll try again. Now, the headlights don’t work, I’m getting alerts about my braking system malfunctioning, and nothing makes sense considering the relatively minor original damage and the careful maintenance history I’ve upheld. I’ve never been in an accident. I bought this car new and have treated it with the utmost care. USAA has now redirected me to a Honda dealership, which I hope will bring resolution—but I cannot in good conscience recommend this location for collision repairs. If you want a clean lobby and polite staff, this place delivers. But if you want your car back in full working condition, take it somewhere else.

Unfortunately I've had to use Crash Champions a few times at this point. Fortunately I was able to use my man Marvin each time. He's not only kept me updated on the status of my car each time, he's has incredible customer service. I highly recommend him any time you have a collision. Unfortunately the drivers in Dallas don't necessarily obey the rules of the road, but Marvin makes sure that you are taken care of. Highly recommend him and Crash Champions. 10/10 The images are of the damage, I don't need to include the repairs because the car looks good as new.

I can honestly say that from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and employees at Crash Champions made my bad day get instantly better (my vehicle was damaged when I was rear ended on the way to work). Denise had the most positive, cheerful disposition and she was very patient. She explained what I needed to do to get the repair process started. She helped me get the Enterprise rental setup and explained everything (it took about an hour for Enterprise to show up with the rental car, but it was a Friday afternoon, and Crash Champions had no control over that). Roger handled my repair. He was thorough in the assessment and explaining what would happen. I received automatic texts with timely updates pretty much every day. When I texted with questions or wanting a status, Roger responded quickly. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and professional. The business is run like a well-oiled machine. My vehicle is good as new, and I could not have asked for better service. Hopefully I never need to get another repair, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Crash Champions.
