They took the time to clearly explain the repair process, kept me updated throughout the work, and delivered everything exactly when promised. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. My car looks absolutely flawless — the paint match was perfect, the body work was seamless, and it honestly looks better than before the accident. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their craftsmanship. Customer service was equally exceptional. They handled the insurance process smoothly, answered all my questions patiently, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The customer service was very good, no complaints with setting up a time to drop my car off and communication. My biggest complaint with this place was the quality of repairs, the body work and paint was really good! No complaints there! However I had a few issues. 1st was the repair quality of my rear view mirror, it looked like the mirror was cobbled together just with glue rather than being properly installed. And instead of that being addressed I was told that it was properly installed just that the glue just needs to settle which was definitely not true as the next day the mirror was properly installed and looked way better. 2nd the leaving of the broken part in my back seat 3rd was my rear tail lights not working at all after picking up the car the second time They did address the issues as they presented themselves however my main complaint was having to turn back around 2 different times because the car was not actually “done” So definitely would think twice before using this shop unfortunately.

They also have an in-house car rental company, BP Rentals, which made the entire process seamless and incredibly convenient. Now for the work itself: unbelievable. My car needed quite a bit of work on the side panel, and when I picked it up, it looked better than it ever has. The repair was absolutely flawless and as an extra special bonus, they fully detailed the car. No repair company I’ve ever worked with has done that, and it truly set them apart. On top of that, everything was completed in just five days, which is remarkable given the scope of work. From beginning to end, this company operates with integrity, excellence, and heart. Starr MVP Auto Collision sets the standard for what an auto body shop should be. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants perfection, transparency, and outstanding service.

Shawn and his team are the best. They are very personal. They did a great job on my car they were also very fast they only took 2 days to finish my service. I will definitely be coming back for more upgrades on my car and hope much more success come in there future.
