This is the third vehicle I’ve trusted them with for collision repairs and body work, and once again, Ben and the entire team exceeded my expectations. Most recently, they repaired my BMW X6 after an accident, and it looks absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail and quality of work are second to none. What really sets CarGuyz apart is their customer service. They keep you updated throughout the repair process, communicate every step of the way, and make what can be a stressful experience incredibly smooth. They even coordinate with your insurance company to arrange transportation to the rental car facility, and when your vehicle is ready, you can simply leave the rental at their shop when you pick up your car. That level of convenience makes a huge difference. Ben and his team are professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. After three great experiences, I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. I highly recommend CarGuyz to anyone looking for exceptional collision repair and outstanding customer service!

I had to share a great experience with Ben from Car Guys Collision. My daughter was crushed when she found some paint transfer on the side bumper of her car. We reached out to Ben just hoping for advice. Instead, Ben showed up at our house like it was no big deal, tools in hand, ready to help. He didn’t just take a quick look, he actually rolled up his sleeves, buffed out the paint transfer right there in my driveway, and refused to take a dime for it. It’s rare to find a business that treats you like a neighbor instead of a transaction, but that’s exactly what you get with Car Guys Collision. Ben earned a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs body work done. The bumper looks flawless, but honestly, the part that stuck with me most was his attitude. I have attached pictures of my car before and after car guyz fixed my damages!! Whenever I wanted an update on my car they always responded within 15 minutes!! The repair process was quick considering how badly my car was beat up! they even returned my baby to me with a wash!! super happy with the quality of customer service and services done to my vehicle!! will recommend car guyz to everyone!

If you are looking for a concierge style of body shop this is a must! First off Ben the owner arranged for my car to be picked up by a tow truck and I did not need to be there. Everything about this was handled seamlessly. He even helped with my rental car! He handled everything with the insurance company, I was constantly updated throughout the process. My car was ready as promised and looked brand new. Unfortunately a week after someone hit & run my car my teenage daughter hit a curb that did a good amount of damage and they are working on hers as well. The attention to detail, communication and customer service was off the charts amazing! Super impressed and will be recommending to everyone.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I ordered a hood through this shop on January 6 and provided a $1,500 deposit at that time for my 2020 g550 Gwagon truck I also paid for $185 for the quote. I also made it clear that I needed the repair completed during Christmas break before school resumed in January. I was advised the hood would arrive the following Tuesday (January 13); however, it did not arrive until the week of January 19—after my busy season had already begun. As of February 26, the hood had been in their possession for approximately five weeks—not eight, as was later implied. Throughout this process, I received inconsistent timelines for completion—initially three days, then two days, and later a day and a half. This lack of consistency made it difficult to plan accordingly. Additionally, after expressing that I was willing to leave the deposit but preferred to take my business elsewhere due to the overall experience, I was informed that work had already been performed on the hood (painting) without my vehicle present to properly match the color and without my authorization to proceed. When addressing these concerns, the communication from the owner came across as dismissive and at times sarcastic, rather than solution-oriented or professional. I respect every business and understand that challenges can arise, but clear communication, authorization before work is performed, and consistency in timelines are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages improvements moving forward and helps others know what to expect. Side note, I kindly ask that the owner knows their customers; I have a 2020 Gwagon, and the hood was quoted at $760 dollars and I put down a dept on the total job. I pray the owner has respect for others. I Pray you sight help as this isnt normal Ben.
