I had a really good experience with Signature Auto Services. They were upfront about the diagnostic process and pricing, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into doing unnecessary work. I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed now versus what could wait. The pricing felt reasonable, they got my car back to me quickly, and communication the whole time was great. Usually getting calls from a mechanic is stressful, but honestly I looked forward to hearing their updates and getting my car back. Solid service and good people. Only bringing my vehicles here now.

Good mechanics are very hard to find so when I do find one I stick with them. Signature Auto Service have proven over the years to be a provider of excellent auto repair & maintenance service. Took my truck there to get the AC vacuumed so I could put on the compressor myself. I asked if they could recharge it and check all my work afterwards. After dealing with a stripped screw all night, I manage to put in a new compressor for my truck. I knew something was wrong and I wanted them to double check my work anyway. They help me with the stripped screw and also found that a piece of the hose had bent during installation and that some loose in it causing a leak and a bad pass. I knew they were being honest cause it was on my list of possibilities before I took it to them or told them. They help get me back on the road and not only that, they didn’t make me feel bad for trying to cut cost by fixing it myself. They are great. I’ll be going back again. Either to fix something I did it just to fix something I can’t do.

I needed a coolant reservoir tank and radiator fan replaced on my 2017 Kia Rio. I found Signature Auto through a Google search. I had checked with a handful of places. I was quoted anywhere from $560-$720 from both automotive chains and independents. Signature quoted me $492. They had 4.8 stars with Google, so I thought I'd give them a try. First off, Liz, who works the front desk and gave me the quote, was very helpful. She called me every day they were open to keep me updated. They had the car for 5 days, but the delay wasn't on them. They were to receive the part from Kia, but Kia had to order the part and they were delayed getting it. Once Signature had the part in hand, they finished it by 2 that afternoon. We picked the car up today and everything looks great. The next time you need automotive work on your vehicle, give Liz a call at Signature Auto. They will be helpful and fast.
